NeoSpire is a financially stable, privately owned company. Due to strong, consistent growth, we are currently looking for high caliber Sales talent who will continue this momentum as a part of our Sales Team.

 

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business targeting mid to large sized companies through prospecting and lead generation by utilizing internet resources, internal resources (leads) and building referrals. This is a rewarding career opportunity for a Business-to-Business Sales person.  We offer technical training, sales support and a professional yet casual work environment.

 

Ideal candidates will have a proven successful technology sales track record and have the ability to prospect, develop and build relationships, and close business.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Educate customers on our solutions
  • Prospect various sources to develop and maintain a healthy funnel
  • Develop and maintain a personal network to nurture new lead opportunities
  • Prepare sales quotes, negotiate offers and manage post sale actions to ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed personal sales quotas
  • Track and manage CRM databases

 

Job Requirements:

  •  2-5 years B2B Technology Sales experience. Managed Hosting, Co-Location or Hosting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building pipeline and revenues through successful lead generation, strategic sales planning, relationship building and closing.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools (SalesForce a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and build relationships with clients and prospects
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Must be self managed, possess a competitive nature and strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent probing and problem identification skills

 

Compensation:

Base salary plus an aggressive commission structure that includes monthly and quarterly commissions, bonuses and additional incentives.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
