Defining & Writing the Load Testing Script

NeoSpire will work with the customer to determine what user paths will be simulated during the load testing engagement. Once the user paths have been determined and approved by the customer, NeoSpire will begin writing the scripts.

Testing of the Load Testing Script

NeoSpire will run the script through a number of internal tests before actually performing the load test.

Load Testing & Performance Data Collection

Once the script has been properly tested and revised if necessary, NeoSpire will work closely with the customer to perform the actual load test. The load testing script will be run as many times as necessary to determine at what point the customer's hosted system experiences performance degradation/outage due to too much load. Throughout the load testing process, NeoSpire will collect data that is obtained as it relates to hardware and software performance.

Analysis & Reporting

Upon completion, NeoSpire will produce a detailed report, which will provide specific, granular information on problem areas, as well as recommendations on how to improve upon the problem areas.
