NeoSpire allows organizations to focus on their core business, while utilizing NeoSpire to host and maintain a high performance, highly available messaging infrastructure.

Services can include upfront cluster design and consulting as well as installation, configuration, load balancing and ongoing managed services.

Linux Email Hosting Features

Network Infrastructure (SpireNet)

The NeoSpire team fully manages all aspects needed to share in the SpireNet, a robust and scalable network architecture which includes intrusion detection, routers, switches, redundant power systems, and redundant bandwidth providers.

Hardware Procurement and Deployment

A team of NeoSpire administrators will order the necessary hardware components and build server(s) to exact specifications. The team will then deploy the server into the SpireNet network. NeoSpire guarantees every server, so spare parts and extra hardware are kept on site in the event a server needs repair or replacement.

OS Installation and Configuration

A team of NeoSpire administrators will manage the installation and configuration of the operating system.

Full Monitoring

NeoSpire uses its own proprietary Web-based monitoring tool known as SpireWatch. All monitoring is 24/7/365 by our Network Operations Center staff.

Administration Support

NeoSpire provides 24/7/365 full hardware maintenance with onsite and technical support.

Security

NeoSpire expert consultants develop customized security methods that will ensure the integrity of each server.
